Layout plays important part in a workflow and here is we decide on he fonts, graphics, images, margins, and other details. While making layouts we optimize the graphics, edit the image and check the output file sizes. Bitmap logos, etc. need to be converted to line art and all fonts will be outlined (convert to curve) before making the print ready EPS file or PDF file - for postscript this is very important to avoide unexpected results. Also we remove any unwanted elements that maybe included in the eps. Saving images with precision and highest resolution and organizing all images externally are important. We will convert RGB images to CYMK in photoshop and import since the working software's feature not as good as photoshop.
