The client guarantees that any text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Krish Offshore Sources Pvt. Ltd (Krish India Design) for job execution are owned by the client, or client has permission from the rightful owner to use the material, and will protect and defend Krish Offshore Sources Pvt. Ltd.(KID) and its partners from any claim or suit arising from the use of such materials used by the client.

Confidentiality

All correspondence and documents provided to KID will be treated as confidential between the client and the design team, unless consent has been granted by both parties involved.

Cancellation of job

In the event of cancellation of the job, ownership of original artwork or source code shall be retained by Krish Offshore Sources Pvt. Ltd. (Krish India Design) and a fee for the work done so far based on the estimate given shall be paid by the client.

Artwork ownership

Krish Offshore Sources Pvt. Ltd.retains copyright ownership of all original artwork, source code or parts, whether just-started or final, until payment has been received in full. Upon receiving full payments, we will release all source code and original documents if any to the client. KID retains to use the designs or projects for our portfolio or promotional purpose.

Maintenance and support

We take responsibility for the work we do and look for long term association with our clients. Once job is completed any additional requirements will be charged extra.

Refund and Return

We provide portfolio of our work and client references before starting the work to see the quality standards we follow before you are fully comfortable working with us. Please share your questions and concerns, please contact us before making payments.

Payments

50% payments should be received by Krish Offshore Sources Pvt. Ltd. At the start of each job. However this can be negotiated depending on project size and value.

Payments methods:

Paypal, Bank Transfers, Western Union and Credit Cards payments are accepted.
