- Give us the website names you liked. Browse some websites in your business field and show us the sites you liked. It will be time saving if we know what colors you like, what design element you want to put in the website, etc. It is important that we know your taste. In New Delhi, most web designers are just computer guys who do not have knowledge of a theme based design. They are ignorant of what color to use, which graphic will go with what, which font to use, etc.
- Your focus - domestic or international? – From the marketing point of view it is important to decide. If it is international market you will need top placement in search engines and site should be professional looking. But even if you focus on local market, your site needs to be well designed and easy to use. Please remember that users will pick you up from many websites they visit.
- Delivery time - Give us enough time to make a better site. At Krishnadasan Design, we need time to produce results. Although we can make a site in 4 days, give us one week. During the website development we update you regularly so that communication will be easy. We will be uploading the pages to our web server so that you can suggest changes.
- Search Engines – Web design and website promotion are different and both require separate skills and techniques. Most website designers do not know how to optimize the web page to make it search engine friendly.

- Content - Very important and first preference. You need to know what to put and what you want to say, how many pages to develop, etc. If you write some content before coming to us (or give us your old brochure, profile, etc.), then it will help us to get a brief to start the website. Or you can give us the content in a word format and we will make the necessary modifications.
- Images - We will need your logo, product images in either digital format (jpgs) or photographs (we will scan and optimize the images for the web or recreate the logo). We have good professional photographers in case you need to shoot the photos.
- Web page optimization for Search Engine Promotion - It is very important that each web page is laid out in a proper way that search engines easily recognize the page. Navigation, keywords, meta tags, graphics, text, all play important roles to come on top of major search engines. We make page optimization in a scientific way.
- Web server & domain - Your website needs to be coming from advanced server so that the site comes fast, 24 hours a day and should be able to tolerate high number of visitors. About domain - it should be easy to remember and search engine friendly. We will advice you on this.
- Maintenance - We provide lots of maintenance options. It can range from weekly, monthly or yearly basis. Maintenance includes changing the text and graphics in the web page and search engine submissions
